The Policy Manager will need to understand and analyze the health policy developments in order to identify, anticipate and predict the changes in the health care field and build expertise in this field. An important part of the role will be to identify policy challenges and health policy gaps and assist in conceptualizing and drafting innovative policy proposals related to our Company’s priorities. S/he will monitor and ensure execution of these projects. S/he will engage with external stakeholders and communicate externally our Company’s policy positions. S/he will work with a cross-functional team with commercial, medical affairs, market access, and communications counterparts and act as a resource for these colleagues in this discipline.
