Περιγραφή Θέσης 

Build and lead local social media strategy in line with business objectives; Work closely with key stakeholders to support marketing campaign launches as well as any promotional activity – supplying support plans/schedules for social activity;

Follow Xiaomi's user voice & tone, manage and develop our social accounts that accurately represents our brand image and personality;

Create and manage existing/new social media accounts for a line of Xiaomi product (Facebook, Twitter, VK, YouTube, Instagram and/or popular social media channels locally) , ensure that high-level customer engagement, deliver Xiaomi’s philosophy on social - make friends with our fans;

Work closely with the PR team on influencer, blogger and event activity to drive engagement, follower growth and sales; Be a brand guardian for the creative aesthetic of all social channels;

Develop innovative ideas for content, brand initiatives and campaigns to push the brand ahead of the competition as well as continuously optimize campaign and channel activity on social media.

Manage the social media budget, providing monthly updates on spend and activity;

Establish and oversee the delivery of social media principles and processes, ensuring that best practice is clear and delivered; 

Collaborate with Xiaomi’s global social media team to provide local market insights and listen to local social media trends
